Inspired by Tender Is the Flesh (2017) by Argentine writer Agustina Bazterrica, a dystopian novel set in a world where the consumption of human meat becomes legalized after animals are declared toxic.
The series focuses on the sale of the human body, exploring how people can become objects of consumption within systems shaped by extreme capitalism. Through photography, bodies are presented as products ready for sale, highlighting dehumanization and the fragile nature of identity in a society that treats human life as merchandise.
The work aims to encourage reflection on human behavior and to raise awareness about the possible future we are collectively creating.
